My iphone display just broked. How to get a free display exchange if Repairs and Service Coverage is still Active?

There is no free display exchange. You will have to pay either the AppleCare + incident fee (if you purchased AC+), or the out of warranty replacement fee / screen replacement fee. Your best bet would be to visit the Apple store with a genius bar appointment.

Estimated Expiration Date: June 6, 2017

Broken display is not a manufacturing defect, which is what
warranty covers.
